Mindful MamasTM is for all mamas and mamas-to-be to connect and support one another in using mindfulness, positive parenting, holistic health and yoga to bring greater peace to their lives. Prenatal and Mom & Baby Yoga classes are found in the Windsor, Ontario area and the yoga alliance certified 85 hour prenatal yoga teacher training is offered in Canada and the US. Additionally, I offer counselling services for women to ease into the transition of motherhood, to work through a traumatic birth experience or to support with postpartum depression. Some Extended Health Care benefits will reimburse for this counselling. Nutritional and health consultations are offered by holistic nutritionist, Lisa at The Holistic You.
